Delete your DynaTax AI account
DynaTax AI Inc — applies to the DynaTax AI mobile app and the web app at dynatax.ai
Delete it yourself
This is the fastest route and takes effect immediately. You need to be able to sign in.
In the mobile app
- Open DynaTax AI and go to More.
- Tap Security.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
On the web
- Sign in at dynatax.ai.
- Go to Settings → Account → Security.
- Choose Delete Account and type your email address to confirm.
If you cannot sign in
Email support@dynatax.ai from the address on the account and ask for it to be deleted.
We confirm that the request came from the account holder before deleting anything, and we complete verified requests within 30 days. We will reply to the same address when it is done.
We ask you to write from the account’s own address because these books belong to a business. Accepting a deletion request from anyone who knows an email address would let a stranger erase someone else’s records.
What is deleted, and what is kept
Deleting your account erases everything that identifies you. Financial records survive in anonymised form, because the law requires it.

Retained records are kept for as long as tax law requires them, and carry nothing that identifies you. Deletion cannot be undone — you cannot sign back in, and the account cannot be restored.
Cancel your subscription separately
If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, deleting your DynaTax AI account does not cancel that subscription — Apple and Google hold it, and only they can stop it billing. Cancel it before you delete your account:
- iPhone or iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions
- Android: Google Play → your profile → Payments and subscriptions
Subscriptions bought directly on dynatax.ai are cancelled in Settings → Billing, or by writing to us.
